The Articles of Association of the Company has determined the duties and authority of the Board of Commissioners in details. Board of Commissioners are responsible to oversee management of the Company that are conducted by the Board of Directors, as well as to provide advice and input to the Board of Directors.

The Board of Commissioners are as follows:

• President Commissioner and Indpendent Commissioner: Christianto Widjaja
• Commissioner: Henry Christiadi

As stated in the Company's Articles of Association, the Board of Commissioners is responsible for supervising the management of the Company carried out by the Board of Directors and providing advice to the Board of Directors. The Board of Commissioners holds Board of Commissioners meetings as well as joint meetings with the Board of Directors, in accordance with the provisions in the Company's articles of association.
